Returns
Please consult a doctor or therapist about needs\sizing before ordering. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are ordering the correct size and product.
Call Customer Service at 1-800-858-0250, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. PST for a Returned Goods Authorization number (RGA number). Write the number on the outside of your return shipment and send the package to Thera Tek USA, 4918 Leary AVE NW, Seattle, WA 98107. All return shipping expenses are paid by the customer. Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving the RGA number.
Thera Tek requires all returns to have an RGA number (Returned Goods authorization Number can be obtained from our Customer Service Department--see above)
No returns will be accepted after 30 days. After 30 days all warranty concerns will be handled directly by the manufacturer
A 25% restocking fee is charged against the price of all returned item(s) made within 30 days
All unauthorized returns are subject to an additional 15% processing fee and $10.00 administrative fee
Canceled 'Special Orders' are subject to freight charges
All returns must be in original packaging and received in new and resalable condition
The customer is responsible for properly packaging and protecting the item(s) when shipped back to Thera Tek. Initial freight charges are not credited
If you receive merchandise as a result of a Thera Tek’s error, we will pay for the return shipping expense and no restocking fee will be applied
